Cowboy Cooking with Charlie

The Great Falls Public Library and the Charlie M. Russell Museum are partnering up for a one of a kind opportunity. Join Austin Haney, Education and Programming Director at the Museum, as we explore some of the foods that were cooked during Charlie’s time. We will be sharing a meal of sowbelly and beans with biscuits. This is a hands on program and utilizes the Charlie Cart.
