Plant Trees on Earth Day with GRTC and FWP

Joyful Earth Day.    Join Golden Triangle Resource Council as we help FWP plant trees on Earth Day,  April 22nd  at Giant Springs Upper Heritage Park.   Arrive between 8:00 and 8:30.   Instructions will be given at 8:30.  volunteers wear proper clothing for the weather, work gloves, and work shoes or boots. We’re planting the trees whether or not the sun is shining. Trees don’t care if it’s snowing, raining, windy, or hot and dry. They just want to be planted.
It should be fun! What a better way to celebrate our Earth with trees that take in carbon and output oxygen.
