Great Falls Neighborhood Council 3 Summer Celebration

GREAT FALLS, Mont.—The Great Falls Neighborhood Council 3 Summer Celebration will take place in Jaycee Park from 1-3 p.m. on Saturday, August 23, 2025. Jaycee Park is located at 225 23rd Avenue N.E.
The free annual event is hosted by the elected members of NC3 and brings residents together from the Valley View, Riverview, Skyline, and Eagles Crossing neighborhoods to meet each other and build a sense of community for the district.
This year the event is featuring a bouncy house, Great Falls Fire Rescue fire truck display, face painting by Magpie, and free ice cream served from Frosty’s Ice Cream truck.
Sue Dickenson, the current vice-chair of NC3, will be recognized for her long-time community service with a proclamation read by Great Falls City Commissioner Joe McKenney. Dickenson is completing her term on the council and is not running for reelection.
Several community businesses and organizations provided grants for the NC3 Summer Celebration.
Council members thank NeighborWorks Great Falls for providing a generous grant to cover the cost of ice cream. Additional sponsors for the event include Great Falls Ace Hardware, Crane Chiropractic, Travis R. Lee D.D.S., and Gary Fosse State Farm Insurance Agent.
There are nine Great Falls neighborhood councils that provide advisory input on neighborhood issues to the city commission, city staff, and city boards and commissions.
All residents living in the Great Falls Neighborhood Council 3 district are invited to attend the social event.
