Military Arts Day: A Day to Celebrate & Give Thanks
Military Arts Day: A Day to Celebrate and Give Thanks to our Military Active Duty, Veterans, Families, and Friends
Organized by Ellie Weber, Director of Education, in collaboration with Nicole Maria Evans, Curator of Exhibitions and Collections to coincide with Il Maestro: Works by Morton Levin, a Centennial Celebration.
To celebrate the second year of The Square’s Veteran Arts Program, this Saturday event will honor local Veterans, active-duty members, family, and friends of all branches of the military. In conjunction with the current exhibition, II Maestro: Works by Morton Levin, a Centennial Celebration, programming will include art activities, tours, and a film discussion. Hands on art activities will connect with the processes Levin pursued to express and observe through personal and collective experience.
