The Healing Power of the Pen: Sharing your story, in whatever form it may be, holds many benefits; from healing factors to preserving history to releasing your creative outlet.  Join Tiffany Sweeney to explore the healing power of the pen in multiple ways using guided writing activities.

Tiffany Sweeney began her career in the business world before discovering her love of psychology.  She holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Psychology, as well as a M.S. in Applied Psychology.  She is a K-12 School Counselor in rural Montana and devotes her spare time debunking the stigma surrounding mental health, from freelance writing projects to running workshops for a variety of populations.  In her spare time, she loves a good story, whether it may be via reading, writing, or sharing orally, traveling the backroads of Montana, and renovating her family historical home.  She has two teenage children who share in her adventures.
